It’s not often as a mom of an ASD child that someone says “what... works best for your child? what can we do/what should we avoid to make sure he’s comfortable?” Blew me away. These folks are a breath of fresh air and every single one of them were so kind. We chatted and laughed; and the staff truly kept us company while our son was under anesthesia. They were thorough and gentle with my son, and quickly took note and responded to his needs; calmed his fears, and supported him when he woke up a bit scared.
